Appreciation Post to the wonderful staffs of this store! Visited this store on a Sunday evening with family and purchased baby dresses. However on the parking lot, few dress fell down and I didn't notice it then. We left the place and reached home an hour later and found that items were missing. Immediately dialed the outlet contact number found from the receipt, but went unattended despite multiple tries. Had to contact another branch and got the store manager's number. Despite being on leave, Mr Deepak assured that he will check and inform. Luckily, a customer had found the dresses from parking lot and returned it to the store. Huge thanks to that 'unknown' customer, Mr Deepak and Mr Sandeep for their timely intervention, I collected them on the next weekend from the security. They had neatly packed it and was intact. Appreciate the support received throughout and keep up the good work team!!!
