Extremely disappointed with poor service and managementHad a terrible experience at vishal mega mart nawapara. The staff were extremely slow and unbothered even with a long queue at billing counter. Shockingly, billing was being done on the side of the counter instead of actual queue. We waited in the queue for 15-20 minutes and the staff did 2 billings on the side in front of us and we had no choice but to see them, so we waited. It creating chaos and confusion. No proper management in sight. In clothing section their was no ground staff around us. It is very disappointing.
