I visited your store in the evening (20/11/2025) and witnessed a situation that was extremely concerning. I observed a manager shouting at a female employee in front of customers, using comments that were highly inappropriate for someone in his position. I am unsure who has authorized this manager to behave in such a manner, but this conduct is completely unacceptable.As someone working in any sectors, I found this behavior to be highly unprofessional and unethical based on my observations. I respectfully request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action.
