Today I visited Vishal Mart, Tiptur for the first time to purchase a Safari trolley bag. Even though it was Sunday evening and quite crowded, the staff was very helpful in guiding me, despite the language barrier (Hindi & Kannada).A special mention to Mr. Manjunath at the billing counter he handled customers with great patience and professionalism. I did feel bad seeing one customer misbehave with him unnecessarily, but he managed the situation very calmly.Overall, a very good experience. I truly appreciate the hardworking staff of Vishal Mart Tiptur. Wishing the team more success and growth ahead.
