I recently visited Vishal Mart and overall the experience was disappointing.Although the prices were decent and the product choices were okay, several issues made the visit uncomfortable.There is no lift available, which makes it difficult for customers, especially when items are located on higher floors. The parking area is very tight, making entry and exit stressful.I picked up an item from the 3rd floor, but at the billing counter the barcode wasn’t getting scanned. The staff seemed unsure, and the billing system felt slow and poorly organised.The queue system is confusing — it’s hard to understand where the line begins and where it ends.
