⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent management and outstanding customer service! I accidentally left my laptop bag at Vishal mega Mart . Mr. Pratap Das, Store In-Charge, called me around 11 PM and personally ensured its safety. Despite the store being closed, they waited until I arrived to collect my bag, maintaining proper records throughout. Truly appreciate their honesty, dedication, and customer-first approach. Highly commendable!
