Worst shopping experience at Vishal Mart. I bought a dress and later noticed that the chunni had ugly grease stains on it — clearly a defective piece. When I went back for an exchange, the staff bluntly refused and showed zero responsibility.This is completely unacceptable. Selling damaged products and then denying exchange is nothing but cheating customers. There is no proper quality check, and the customer service is extremely rude and careless.I strongly do NOT recommend buying from here if this is how they treat their customers. Total waste of money and time.
