I had a nice shopping experience at your mart. The prices are very reasonable. However, in July 2025, I purchased a Tandem Air Fryer, and it worked only for five days. After that, it stopped working.We complained to customer care, and they assured us that their representative would visit and fix the issue within 24 hours. But no one came, so we took the product to Vishal Mart, Davanagere. They informed us that their representative had cleared the issue, but even after 10 days, the problem was not solved.Later, they replaced the product and gave us a demo piece instead. We are not satisfied with the demo product and would like a new replacement. However, they informed us that there is no stock available, so they gave the demo product temporarily.. till date they don't give new product
