I recently visited your store with my family and made purchases worth around ₹8,000. However, after checking the bill, I noticed multiple issues with the offers and billing.First, one of the shirts was marked at an MRP of ₹499 and was displayed under a “Buy 1 Get 1” offer. I picked up only one piece, but I was charged the full ₹499 on the bill.Similarly, one of the jeans had a “Buy 2 Get ₹100 Off” offer displayed. I purchased 3 jeans, but while billing, the offer was not applied and the MRP of the jeans was charged on the bill instead.I came back to the store the next day to enquire about these billing issues, but the security guards did not provide any proper response or assistance. They simply told me to come back after two days.I request you to please check the billing, verify the offers that were displayed in the store, and refund or adjust the amount that was incorrectly charged. I expect this issue to be resolved properly and at the earliest.I can provide the original bill receipt and the products along with the offer tags displayed in the store for your verification. Please check these details and clarify why the applicable offers were not reflected in my bill.
