It was the worst experience I have ever had at any shopping mall. At Vishal Mega Mart, Dhanbad, I purchased only 2 kg of sugar; however, I was charged for 4 kg.Initially, I assumed this was an unintentional error, so I contacted the store to report the issue. Unfortunately, I was informed that only today I would need to visit the store in person to resolve the issue. However, the cost of traveling to the mall would exceed the amount that was incorrectly charged, which makes this solution unreasonable and inconvenient.Additionally, the price tags on several products were not properly placed, which created confusion while shopping.I am updating my previous review.I am now fully satisfied with Vishal Mega Mart, Dhanbad, as their team contacted me to apologize for the mistake. They acknowledged the issue and assured me that whenever I visit they would either refund the excess amount that was mistakenly charged or provide the same amount of sugar if I prefer.I appreciate their prompt response and willingness to resolve the matter, which is why I am satisfied with their service now.
