This was one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had here. I went shopping with my father, who is more than 75 years old due to some urgency but unfortunately, there was no seating available for senior citizens in case they got tired.At the billing counter, I noticed an employee deliberately favoring his friend by repeatedly trying different employee codes or coupon codes for a discount, which was causing unnecessary delays. When I politely requested him to speed up the process since my father was waiting and suffering from leg pain, he responded rudely. He told me, "If your father has a health issue, that's your problem. You can leave if you don't want to continue billing."This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Even after complaining to the manager, all he did was call the employee and let him go without any consequences.Such negligence and poor customer service should not be tolerated in a reputed mall like this. I spent over ₹4,523.50 on my purchase, and I never expected to be treated this way. I urge management to take strict action.For reference, I am attaching my bill so the responsible employee can be identified.Editing my review here:That said, I appreciate the management for taking my complaint seriously and reaching out to me. A special thanks to the lady security guard who, as my father later told me, kindly offered her chair to him near the entrance. I also appreciate Mr. Sandeep, the mall in-charge, for personally addressing the issue and assuring me that such incidents will not be repeated and will provide a behavioral training to that staff.However, I am deducting two stars until proper seating arrangements are made for senior citizens. If possible, I also request the management to provide access to toilets and drinking water for them. I will revisit the mall after holi and provide my feedback whether it's got implemented or not.3rd review:I'm pleased to share that the management at Vishal Mega Mart swiftly arranged seating and drinking water, setting a great example for senior citizens' shopping experience. Within just one day, they took this matter seriously and set a new standard for other shopkeepers and malls. I truly appreciate the prompt action taken by the management and am happy to update my rating to five stars. They absolutely deserve it. I am share here those sitting arrangement and drinking water pictures also here for others reference. Thank you once again!
