I am a regular customer of Vishal Mega Mart and shop at the BMC Chowk branch. It is always so hot there that it becomes difficult even to stand, especially at the cash counters. However, I am truly grateful to the cashiers who, despite the extreme heat and huge rush, continue to behave so politely and maintain great manners. It is truly commendable.​I kindly request management to look into your air conditioners, which are not working. This is very shameful.
