Dear Team,I visited your store in Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad yesterday to buy just one infant bodysuit. To be very honest I never shopped from Vishal Mega Mart but I had no other option as I am new to this area. Anyways..the required size was not available, so I started looking for a staff member who could assist me. That's when one of your managers approached me wearing yellow tshirt. Later, I came to know that he was the Store Manager.He not only helped me find the right size but also took the time to recommend several baby products that I wasn't even aware of. He even suggested where I could purchase a few essential items for an expecting mother that were not available in your store. Since I don't live in the area, his guidance was incredibly valuable.During our conversation, he received an important phone call and had to leave after handing me over to another team member. By the end of my visit, I had shopped for around ₹4,500. Before leaving, I wanted to personally thank him, but I couldn't find him. I requested another manager to convey my appreciation, but I'm not sure if my message reached him.I would be grateful if you could personally pass on my heartfelt thanks to him and kindly confirm once you have done so. I will look forward to your confirmation.He truly made my day and turned a simple shopping trip into a wonderful experience.
